A boost for parent-centered, AI-enabled child development support

Under the city-led Startup QC Program, Agapai (AGAP.AI) was recognized as an AI-powered developmental screening tool for parents, supporting families in monitoring children’s developmental milestones and encouraging early intervention—even outside formal healthcare settings.

Startup QC, launched under Mayor Joy Belmonte, combines funding with mentorship and ecosystem access to help early-stage ventures grow. As Mayor Belmonte put it: “Innovation is not just about technology — it is about empathy, service, and equity.”

What’s next for AGAP.AI

The ₱1M equity-free grant strengthens AGAP.AI’s runway to build faster and expand reach—while staying focused on what matters most: giving parents clearer, more accessible support in understanding children’s development.
