Request for Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your AGAP.AI™ account and the data associated with it. AGAP.AI™ is developed by AGAPAI Technologies Corp.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

Open AGAP.AI™ and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel your subscription in your store account first.

Option 2: Submit a request online

Use this form if you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account.

We've received your request. We'll email the address you provided to verify your identity, then complete the deletion within 30 days. Your reference number is in the acknowledgment email we sent you.

What we delete

your account and profile information;
child profiles, milestone records, assessment and screening results, and reports;
photos and videos you uploaded;
your community forum posts (deleted, or anonymized where needed to keep other members' discussions readable);
notification and app settings.

What we may keep, and why

subscription and transaction records, for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally 5 years);
de-identified or aggregated data that can no longer identify you or your child;
backup copies, which are removed automatically within 90 days;
records we must keep for legal claims or lawful requests from authorities.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity.
