1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You may enter a child's information only if you are that child's parent, legal guardian or authorized caregiver, or a healthcare worker authorized to monitor that child.

3. Not Medical Advice

AGAP.AI™ provides developmental monitoring, educational content and AI-assisted screening for possible developmental delays. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace a licensed doctor, therapist or other healthcare professional. Screening results are indicators only. Always consult a qualified professional about your child's health and development. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Your Account

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@agapai.ph if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Plans, Subscriptions and Payments

We offer a Free plan, a Premium plan (₱999 per month, VAT excluded) and a Community plan for healthcare workers (contact us for more details). In-app subscriptions are purchased, billed and renewed through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms and continue until you cancel them in your store account. Refunds follow the refund policy of the store you purchased from. Community plan arrangements may be governed by a separate written agreement. We may change prices or plan features with advance notice; changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

6. Advertisements

The Free plan displays advertisements. Premium and Community plans are ad-free.

7. Community Forums and Your Content

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading or infringing, and do not share another child's or family's personal information without their consent. Do not present medical advice as coming from a professional unless you are one. We may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts that break these Terms. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and process it to operate the Service.

8. Healthcare Providers and Third-Party Services

Connections to doctors, therapy clinics and health-record services are provided for your convenience. Those providers are independent of AGAPAI and responsible for their own services, advice and fees. Your use of Google Play, the App Store and other third-party services is governed by their terms.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it, reverse-engineer the app except as the law allows, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

AGAP.AI™, the AGAP.AI™ logo, and the Service's content, design and software belong to AGAPAI Technologies Corp. or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them except the right to use the Service as intended.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its screening results will be complete or accurate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AGAPAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions made solely on the basis of the Service's outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Request for Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Quezon City, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and notify you in the app or by email of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
